AIP website: new resource page

Update on the AIP website: the "links" page has been replaced by the "resources" page. This new page features links to pages with valuable resources on pipes such as pipe databases and pipe catalogs. Naturally, this page is not complete so if you have any suggestions for additions please don't hesitate to share!
